The parish council applied to the district council for a neighbourhood area designation to outline the area that would be covered by the Neighbourhood Development Plan for Kingston Bagpuize and Southmoor. This includes a small area within Fyfield & Tubney parish (with the agreement of F&T parish council). A steering group was formed and we are well on our way with producing policies, maps and collating information on all the many aspects of the village with the help of a planning consultant and professional copywriters. We would love villagers to come and see and comment on what we have done so far – there will be holding a meeting on Wednesday 26 March in the Swallow Room at the Village Hall at 6.30pm – all are welcome.
